Job Responsibilities -
• Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organization Design, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, Administration, CSR, Employee safety.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and setting up KRAs for the employees.
• Working with top leadership to manage the corporate HR & plant HR activities.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating Human Resource Management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
• Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for employee relation & employee engagement across organization.
• Design & implement training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
• Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.

Job Features

QualificationPreferably, MBA - HR
ExperienceArmy / Navy Retired with 5+ Yrs Experience in HR, IR & Admin from manufacturing industry (Ex Army / Ex Airforce candidate only need to apply)

Job Description:

New Product Development for major automotive industries presences in India and Global.

Monitor, control and implement 4M Change management (Internal/ customer). Successfully Managing Customer events, audits and Certification audits Like: VDA 6.3, IATF: 16949&PSO.

Ability to Managing and Execution the projects related to product and process both also have hands on experience of, APQP, AQIS/PSO PPAP, ISIR, FMEA PCS/CP, Design Standard Preparation & Release, and Process Improvement Projects.

Efficient in receiving & reviewing of Project milestones, technical specifications, drawings & details provided by customer check and Initiate coordination with internal CFT members Like: Design, Production & Procurement for meet business goal of organization as well as customer.

Hands-on experience of uploading documents on customer’s portal i.e. PPAP/ ISIR on M&M, MSIL, and TATA etc. Preparation, trials and getting approvals of packaging standards of New Product from customer. Basic knowledge of IMDS, preparation, submissions and approvals from customers.

Job Description:

  • Ability to manage and open large OEM accounts.
  • To drive the techno-commercial business development of control panels within the electrical industry.
  • Handling panel inquiries from customers, which include understanding their specific requirements and providing technical solutions accordingly.
  • Dealing into Techno commercials, Inquiries, BOM Preparations activities.
  • Effective communication with customers, both pre-sales and post-sales, to address any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as Design & Development, manufacturing, and sales.
  • This requires effective communication and coordination to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of control panels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, providing insights to the marketing and product development teams for strategic decision-making.
