Client is a leading and highly experienced automation company renowned for manufacturing superior quality control panels, wiring harnesses, electronic products, and wires and cables.

Job Responsibilities –
• Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organization Design, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, Administration, CSR, Employee safety.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and setting up KRAs for the employees.
• Working with top leadership to manage the corporate HR & plant HR activities.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating Human Resource Management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
• Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for employee relation & employee engagement across organization.
• Design & implement training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
• Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.

Job Features

QualificationPreferably, MBA - HR
ExperienceArmy / Navy Retired with 5+ Yrs Experience in HR, IR & Admin from manufacturing industry (Ex Army / Ex Airforce candidate only need to apply)
Skills1. Well conversant with best HR Practices in manufacturing industry. 2. Knowledge of data analysis & reporting. 3. Display Business Integrity & Ethics. 4. Excellent Leadership & team building skills. 5. Displays agility, flexibility.
