Job Description:

• Ability to manage and open large OEM accounts.
• To drive the techno-commercial business development of control panels within the electrical industry.
• Handling panel inquiries from customers, which include understanding their specific requirements and providing technical solutions accordingly.
• Dealing into Techno commercials, Inquiries, BOM Preparations activities.
• Effective communication with customers, both pre-sales and post-sales, to address any queries or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as Design & Development, manufacturing, and sales.
• This requires effective communication and coordination to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of control panels.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, providing insights to the marketing and product development teams for strategic decision-making.
• Key Competencies:
• Work experience as Sales & Marketing, preferably within our industry (Control Panel, Panel Fabrication, Wiring Harness, Electronic Products, Wires)
• Successful track record showing results achieved in terms of sales growth
• Market knowledge of Electrical Industry
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
